How it works

Every day starts with a five-minute meeting. It can't be canceled.

Four quick numbers each morning: how your body feels, your head, your sleep and your energy. WUNA reads them alongside where you are in your cycle, plans today's session, and tells you why.

  1. The morning meeting asking: how does your body feel? One to five.

    Four numbers

Body, head, sleep and energy. One tap each.

  2. Meeting held: today is a heavy lift day, with the reasons spelled out.

    Today, planned

A heavy day, a steady day or recovery, with the reason in plain words.

  3. The workout timer, ready to start.

    Train it

Dana's session on the timer, move by move, with the next one called out.

Coach-written rules, not a black box. Sleep and how your body feels lead the decision. Your cycle steers the heavy days and the gentle ones, everyone gets recovery days, and if you need a rest day, the whole week slides along one.

Train

You're an athlete. Athletes have a plan.

A week built around the days you can train, from a library of workouts written by coach Dana Miller.

  • Your week, arranged

Pick your days and strength, intervals and recovery fall into place around them.

  • Dana's 538 workouts

20 to 55 minutes. Filter by length, focus and what you have: dumbbells, home or gym, or a full gym.

  • A timer for every workout

The next move called out, with Dana's demo beside the clock if you want it. Your music keeps playing.

  • Heavier when you're strongest

Go heavy in your strong window, a little lighter later in your cycle, and steady through pregnancy.

  • Your lifts

Log the weight beside any move. These are the numbers that go up as you get stronger.

  • 201 movements

An exercise library by pattern and equipment, plus Tabata, EMOM and timers you build yourself.

Your week: upper body Monday, sprint training Tuesday, recovery days between.
Dana's workouts, filtered to dumbbells, with filters for focus, length and equipment.

Fuel

Fuel to build, never to shrink.

Protein first, plenty of plants, and no punishment. WUNA never counts you down or celebrates a smaller number.

  • Protein that adds up

A daily target from your bodyweight, rings that fill as you log, and a protein week when you hit five days out of seven.

  • Log it your way

Snap a photo of your plate, say what you ate, or search the food list and your favourites.

  • Eat the rainbow

Six plant colours, each a different set of phytonutrients. Try to paint all six in a day.

  • 107 recipes

High protein and high fibre, filtered by what you need: luteal-friendly, 15 minutes, post-workout.

  • Supplements, food first

Creatine, vitamin D, B12 and more: what each does for women, and when to take it.

  • Before you train

15 to 20 grams of protein an hour or so before, and a little carb on the harder days.

Today's fuel: 110 of 150 grams of protein, fibre, carbs and fat.
The Rainbow: five of six plant colours eaten today.
The protein calendar: a protein week earned.

Cycle

Your cycle is information, not an excuse.

WUNA reads your training, food and recovery through where you are in your cycle, and through perimenopause, menopause and pregnancy too.

  • Your phase at a glance

Today's day and phase on one ring, counted from when your last period started.

  • What it means today

Training, fuel and what to expect from this phase, in plain words.

  • Your own normal

With a wearable, WUNA learns your HRV and resting heart rate in each phase, and compares today with you, not a blended average.

  • Built for every stage

Each life stage changes the plan. None is an afterthought.

  • Cycling
  • Perimenopause
  • Postmenopause
  • Pregnancy
  • No period after surgery
The cycle ring: day 9 of a 28-day cycle, follicular.
What this means today: rising estrogen, your body is primed to build.

Mind

A quiet corner, with nothing to achieve.

Somewhere to breathe, write and reset, because recovery is part of training.

  • A journal that stays yours

Dreams, gratitude, a goal, or a blank page. It stays on your phone, never with us or your coach, behind its own code or Face ID.

  • A nudge, if you'd like one

An optional daily reminder to write, at a time you pick.

  • Breathwork

Box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent and energizing patterns, paced on screen.

  • Affirmations

About 200 lines written for women who train. Keep the ones that feel like yours.

The journal: today's prompt and ways to start an entry.
Breathwork: box breathing, ready when you are.
An affirmation: you are an athlete, athletes have a plan.

Your story

Everything you do, in one place you own.

Your mornings, workouts, food and cycle in one scroll, with your watch and your coach in on it only if you choose.

  • Your story

Every meeting, workout, protein day and lift in one timeline. Collected by you, shared only when you say so.

  • Works with your watch

Apple Health, Oura, Whoop and Polar, plus live heart rate from a chest strap during workouts.

  • Your coach, your call

Share your training, food, cycle, injury notes or how you've been feeling with your coach. Turn any of it off at any time.

  • Learn

Short reads on strength after 40, protein, creatine, GLP-1 medications, sleep and more.

  • Badges that mean something

For showing up, protein weeks and eating the rainbow. Never for the scale.

  • Medications and blood work

Track your medications, including GLP-1s, with zero judgment, and the markers that change how you train.

Your story: meetings, workouts and protein days in one timeline.
Wearables: connect Apple Watch, Oura and Whoop.
My coach: choose what your coach can see.

Your coach

Written by a coach, not an algorithm.

Every workout in WUNA comes from coach Dana Miller's own programming, and she's filming the demos herself. The rules that plan your day come from how she coaches women in person.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need a wearable?

No. The five-minute meeting reads you better than any strap. If you wear an Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop or Polar, WUNA uses that too.

I'm in perimenopause, or past menopause. Is WUNA for me?

Yes. Perimenopause and postmenopause are full modes in WUNA, with their own guidance, the same as cycling and pregnancy.

Do I need a gym?

No. Filter Dana's workouts to dumbbells at home, home or gym, or a full gym. Every workout says what it needs.

Will it push me to lose weight?

No. WUNA celebrates strength, consistency and protein. It never celebrates a smaller number on the scale.

When can I get it?

WUNA is in testing now and coming soon to iPhone.

Is WUNA medical advice?

No. WUNA gives training, nutrition and cycle guidance. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. For pain, symptoms or medication questions, talk to your doctor.
